When you practice meditation you will be able to make your mind stress-free quickly and you can feel more relaxed.

Meditation comes in many forms and the easiest and most practiced form is the breathing exercises combined with meditation. One form of meditation requires you to concentrate and focus only on your breathing and the manner in which you breathe. Slowly inhale air and let it stay inside for one or two seconds and slowly breathe out. This is very simple and can be performed anytime anywhere. If you feel stressed at your office, putting your work aside and doing this breathing exercise for a few minutes can be immensely effective at helping you relax.

All human feelings are brought about by the hormones secreted in the body. When your body doesn't secrete sufficient happy hormones you will feel very sad and depressed. Meditation greatly helps in secreting the essential happy hormones in the body. Serotonin is a happy hormone which is induced by meditation. This hormone energizes all your cells and will make you feel so much happier. This will induce the secretion of oxytocin and dopamine which are responsible for sexual desire. When these hormones are carried by blood you will feel more energetic. It becomes obvious that you can be happy when you meditate.

Breathing exercise is the simplest form of meditation. There are many other forms that are more complex and very beneficial. If you are a novice in the art of meditation, breathing exercises are a good introduction to the many wonders of meditation. Once you are able to complete the first step of meditation you can proceed on to the next level to keep your body fresh always.
